We accept exchanges on all jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Whether you need a different size or prefer another style, we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

1-Year Warranty
All of our jewelry is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your piece experiences any issues related to craftsmanship or materials, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Custom-Sized Hand Bracelets
Please note: Custom-sized hand bracelets are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically for you.
Shipping Responsibility
Arc Jewelry is not responsible for any products lost or stolen during shipment. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and insurance at checkout if you’re concerned about delivery security.
Shipping Instructions for Exchanges
To send your item in for an exchange:
Email us at RB@ARCFINEJEWELRY.COM with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge).
Carefully package your item in its original box or secure packaging.
Drop it off at your local shipping carrier using the label provided.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange and ship your new item within 3–5 business days.
